The Luau Tower is a brand new building with spectacular views, fitness center, tropical pool paradise, gameroom and a very short walk to the beach. Gourmet dining, health spa and world-class shopping are only a short stroll away. This is a studio floorplan which offers king size sleeping, quaint dining area, cozy living room, one bathroom and kitchenette.

Daily health club use for adults, an hour of tennis court time daily, unlimited tram service and use of canoes, kayaks, bicycles and boogie boards are included in your stay. Just present your Sandestin® Resort Card.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 people per unit.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations
To avoid penalty, cancellations must be received 14 days before arrival.
